If your .bd domain renewal invoice has already been generated, you must complete the payment to successfully renew the domain.
Follow the steps below:
Step 1: Login to BTCL (BDIA) Portal

Open your browser.

Login using your registered mobile number/email and password.
Step 2: Locate the Generated Invoice

After login, go to the Dashboard.

Navigate to the Invoice / Billing / Pending Invoice section.

Find the invoice related to your domain renewal.

Click on the invoice to view details.
Step 3: Verify Invoice Details
Before making payment, confirm:

Correct domain name
-
Renewal period (number of years)
-
Total payable amount
-
Invoice reference number
Step 4: Complete the Payment

Proceed with the available payment method shown in the portal.

Complete the payment as instructed.

Keep the payment receipt or transaction ID for reference.
Step 5: Confirmation

After successful payment, wait for confirmation.

Once approved, the domain renewal will be completed.
