How to Upload NID for Verification from Client Area

This guide explains how clients can upload their NID (National ID) for verification directly from WHMCS Client Area.

Step 1: Login to Client Area

  1. Open the Client Area URL (e.g., https://yourdomain.com/clientarea).

  2. Login with your registered email and password.

Step 2: Go to Profile or Verification Section

  1. After login, click on My Profile or Account Verification (depending on your WHMCS setup).

  2. Locate the NID / Identity Document Upload section.

Step 3: Upload NID

  1. Click Choose File / Browse.

  2. Select a clear scanned copy or photo of your NID.

  3. Ensure the file format is supported (e.g., .jpg, .png, .pdf).

  4. Click Upload.

Step 4: Submit for Verification

  1. After uploading, click Submit or Send for Verification.

  2. You will receive a confirmation message indicating that the document has been successfully uploaded.

Step 5: Wait for Approval

  • The admin team will review the uploaded NID.

  • Once verified, your account status will be updated, and you may receive an email confirmation.
